Service Description

A slow-paced class that incorporates long passive holds and deep breaths for a stretch that targets deep connective tissue, fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Usually involving a series of seated and supine postures held for 5-10 minutes each allowing for profound release & relaxation. Suitable for all levels. Yoga props or something similar (a pillow, books, a small blanket or towel) are recommended. Hosted in The OMYC Virtual Studio
