Service Description
A 45 minute All Levels Vinyasa practice designed to progressively open the body and may include seated and standing postures, twists, balances, inversions, back bends, core strengthening, breathwork, and meditation. Students can expect to experience increased flexibility, strength, stability, and overall calmness and clarity. This class features numerous modifications for students of all levels. Hosted in The OMYC Virtual Studio
